Course description

Applications of unmanned aircraft systems technology for public safety; surveillance and monitoring; search and rescue; disaster damage assessment; emergency response; search-area and search-pattern planning; thermal imaging and mission-specific sensors; real-time information transmission; coordination with ground teams and operation centers; emergency-supply delivery; risk assessment and management; and practical exercises based on simulated scenarios and case studies.
